Can you ship my item without a signature required and/or have FedEx leave my item(s) on my back porch, under the picnic table with the label facing westerly?
JSC Speed can not guarantee that your request to have an item left without a signature will be honored. Many of the products we sell are of a high value and all of them are insured fot the full retail price; FedEx requires us to use their Indirect Signature Required (ISR) option for items with high values. If no one is home on FedEx’s first delivery attempt, the delivery driver will leave a tag on your door that you can sign and leave for them to take in exchange for leaving your item(s). Also, if you have requested a specific location for the package, or made a request to have us or FedEx call you or look for you next door or something else alont those line, we can not ensure that any of those requests will be honored. JSC Speed can make a similar request to FedEx, but they do not have to honor it. Back To Top.
