The Lab Card and Lab Card Select Programs are part of Quest Diagnostics. However, if you have a Lab Card and/or insurance card with the LabOne logo you can have specimens collected at an MLabs draw site and testing performed at the University of Michigan. Your standard benefit for testing will apply and the LabOne benefit is not applicable. You may be billed a coinsurance copay and/or deductible.
