Yes, we do give formal offers by email ONLY, but we need to know what certain details about what you want included in the offer, e.g.: which hosting plan, how long you want the hosting to be (1 year or 2 years), and which domain name you want. You MUST include how much space in MB and how much bandwidth (traffic) in MB or GB you want and how many SQL databases you want to be able to have. With out this information we do not give you any offer.
