NO! The official build of the MAME emulator will play mame roms all tho some roms have been dropped from the newer version of mame. If you use the mame emulator on a PDA you will be limited to what the emulator can play due to the emulators environment on that device, same with PSP MAME lots of games work but nowhere close to all of them.
