Can you recommend patterns for Regency underthings like chemises and corsets (stays)?
The very best Regency chemise pattern currently available (IMHO) is Kathleen Kannik’s, available through Kannik’s Korner. The best Regency stays pattern is by the Mantua Maker and is available from Five Rivers Chapmanry and other pattern retailers listed in my Pattern and Sewing Links section. I have also added a page to my site that shows you how to take my Regency Gown pattern and use it to make your own bodiced petticoat. That way you don’t have to purchase yet another pattern!
