Can you recommend independent consultants or other organisations to assist?
There are independent consultants that may be able to help. It is suggested that a search under “Consultants” in the Yellow Pages Directory is a good start. Staff from the Quality Directorate cannot assist in actually setting up an RTOs quality or business system and as a government department it is unable to recommend the services of other external organisations.
