Can you recommend any taxonomies/ontologies of Information Technology skills?

I’m looking for a comprehensive and well-maintained taxonomy of skills used by Information Technology workers. I’ve found one maintained by openskills.org, but it’s heavily biased towards Open Source technologies and doesn’t seem as comprehensive as I’d like. Ideally, I’m looking for a taxonomy that breaks down skills in a finely-grained manner, e.g. Information Technology > Software Development > Application Frameworks > .NET Framework > .NET 3.0 Framework > WPF > Silverlight > UIElements > Custom UI Elements It should also be free or have flexible licensing so I can use it in my own software application. Any suggestions?
