Can you recommend a powdered coffee creamer with no trans-fats, hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils?
I usually have a pack of shelf-stable mini-milks, the size you’d put in a kids’ lunch box, in my house at all times, just in case i run out of milk. nothing worse than waking up and realizing you have nothing to stir into your coffee!! I prefer Horizon organic so there’s no hormones or antibiotics to worry about. Another good idea is to keep powdered whole or skim milk on hand – you can get that organic as well. Whole milk will be creamier, but skim lasts longer. You can extend the shelf-life of either by storing them in the fridge or freezer.
