I doubt it. As far as I know, cosmetology licenses require X number of hours of supervised practice prior to letting you sit for the state board exam. There are online courses available for continuing education, but I couldn’t find anything for receiving your license. http://www.dos.state.ny.us/LCNS/instructions/0034ins.html <- That link will take you to the instructions on how to apply for your license. You'll see that they ask for "Affirmation of New York State Approved Schooling." If you've been trained in another state or country, there are instructions for that as well.
