No you can’t. Mostly all phone networks lock their phones so that you can only use their SIM card in that phone. What you need to do is call T Mobile customer support if you buy that phone, and get them to unlock it. You will probably need to pay a fee (usually around $50) and then its good to go. Or else you can buy an already unlocked phone, one straight from the manufacturer, and put any SIM you like in it. Additionally if you use a phone for a set period and recharge it enough, they will unlock it automatically.
