There is not a central location to get all the URLs. However, the format for the URL for each full text title is as follows: http://search.informit.com.au/browseJournalTitle;res=APAFT;issn=1039-2750 So after you have downloaded the comma delimited list of selective titles, you could batch create a whole list of URLs with each ISSN.
