Can you provide chemical analysis on our molybdenum puck which is made from a high purity molybdenum powder, pressed and sintered?
We can conduct Chemical Analysis on the Molybdenum Puck. We have in-house testing facilities for all elements except Oxygen (O). For oxygen analysis, we will send your sample to another associated laboratory in Mumbai, India. We will test for the following elements in-house: Mo, C, Fe, Ni, Cr, Si, and Pb. The cost for the analysis will be as follows: Chemical Composition of Mo, C, Fe, Ni, Cr, Si, and Pb: US $50 per sample Oxygen Analysis: $30 per sample Total: $80 per sample Service Tax: 12.24% With 6 samples a month, we cannot provide volume discounts. However, if your total number of samples increases to over 15 a month, we will provide a 5% discount. Our business model is dependant on high volume and hope you understand our inability to offer discounts at the current stage. The time duration for completion of the test (for all elements including Mo, C, O, Fe, Ni, Cr, Si, and Pb) will be 15 business days from the time we receive the sample.
