Yes, the pre-printed checks or forms price includes a black logo. You can upload and preview your logo file when you place your online order. For best results, please upload your logo in any of these file types: Adobe Acrobat Document .pdf (recommended) Adobe Illustrator Artwork .ai (recommended) Adobe Photoshop Image .psd (recommended) .tif .eps Logos must be 300-600 dpi at 100% of the final print size. Color logos need to be vector artwork or color separated.
