The vintage period on slide 24 of the Bidder Information Call presentation specifies the period during which RECs must be generated to be eligible for the Renewables RFP. The Renewables RFP will procure RECs generated during the period January 1, 2009 to May 31, 2010. This is specified in the Sample Confirmation to the Master Renewable Energy Certificate Purchase And Sale Agreement that is posted on the Renewables Documents page. However, delivery of RECs to ComEd will begin on June 1, 2009.
