Can you pass a drug screen on monday if you took somas sunday?

If somas are not being specifically screened for they do not show. However if specifically requested they show in blood for 5 hours and the lab said urine for 24-96 hours. I am also reseaching somas in the urine and trying to get a second opinion. This was straight from the lab. Somas are not tested in a standard drug test- ever.
