YenYen in downtown Cocoa Beach has very good Chinese food, and the prices are surprisingly low for the location. Jonathan’s Dart Pub features drinks made with squeezed before your eyes citrus juice. Up in Cape Canaveral, next to SunSeed Co-op, there’s a restaurant called either Mango’s or Mangrove’s. A wee bit on the elegant side (I wouldn’t wear shorts), but oh so delicious! Bike rentals at RonJons are very reasonable, but remember that riding on the beach is possible only at LOW tide. Kennedy Space Center is a blast, haha. Seriously, it’s worth spending a day there. Several gambling cruises “to nowhere” depart from Port Canaveral. Eat before you go, the food on board is mediocre to downright poor. If you want a super quiet undeveloped beach, go to Canaveral National Seashore, east of Titusville. There is no running water, no toilets, no vendors, so pack everything you will need.
