Can you motorize the heavy siege artillery in order to overrun Liege during the Special Invasion Turn?
This is complicated. Arthur is of the opinion that Liege should not be overrunable during the Special Invasion Turn. In answer to this question – basically if it was proper to be able to do so – Arthur reiterated Jim Broshot’s comment that the artillery was already motorized in order to move in the first place and that further motorization was redundant. As a rule fix at this time (it will be looked into further for Over There rules), you may not motorize siege or heavy siege artillery units.
