Can you kindly advise where to stay and what to expect in Trang?
Thanks in advance. Samual A: Trang is a pleasant small town, featuring many historic shophouses with arcades, a lot of excellent eateries and historic Hainan-style coffee shops. To me, the town has a really great atmosphere. There are lovely Sino-Portuguese shophouses and Chinese temples and shrines to see. The Pan-Ya House is said to be a good remaining example of a Sino-Portuguese house in Trang and offers an insight into the architectural heritage of this town. Apart from architectural attractions, there are many parks in Trang town to stroll through and interesting local markets to explore including Ta Klang and Municipality markets. Unfortunately, not many tourists are aware of its charms, although they begin to learn a little about Trang’s beautiful islands and beaches. Trang also has Hat Chao Mai National Park, which boasts dramatic landscapes and is great for adventure and ecotourism. For accommodation, there are not many hotels in Trang town. The main one is Thumrin Thana hote
