Sure, but then, I can justify anything. Crisis had a delayed effect on the Golden Age heroes; for the reasons why, see All-Star Squadron. One of the major effects of eliminating Hawkman II was replacing much of his work with that of Hawkman I. Since this affects Hawkman I, a Golden Age character, this effect was also delayed.
