Can you join the army with 2 disdemeanor possession of marijuana and 1 sealed misdemeanor theft?

No, you cannot at this time. The first person who answered is mistaken and may be going by the fact that when he joined the Army was more forgiving with crimes committed prior to enlistment. Two years ago you could get in the Army with a felony and that is no longer the case. As of June of 2009 the Army stopped granting waivers for misdemeanor possession of marijuana convictions and only allow people in who had a charge dismissed or found not guilty. For enlistment purposes, getting the charge sealed means nothing, it still has to be revealed and will count against you. The theft charge alone wouldn’t have stopped you.
