Can you implement double data rate (DDR) technology on HyperTransport technology-enabled devices?
It depends on what you’re asking. If the question is ‘can HT work with DDR RAM technology’ then the answer is yes. NVIDIA has already announced a Northbridge with HT interconnect that interfaces to DDR memory. If you are referring to DDR signaling technology, then HT already incorporates that mechanism. Note the AMD Athlon FSB also uses DDR signaling.
