Can you help with small scale bean-to-bar chocolate production setup in Quito, Ecuador?
We are looking for someone to advise us on small scale bean-to-bar production in Quito, Ecuador. This would include assessing current facilities and equipment, making equipment recommendations for a production line, including a budget, and helping source new or used equipment.
