Easy one here: 1 8oz package cream cheese, room temp. 1 jar dried beef (located on canned meat aisle), diced. 1/8th cup minced onions. 1 to 2 tablespoons garlic dried parsley Mix together all ingredients except parsley. Form into a ball and chill for a couple of hours. Once it is chilled take it and roll it in the dried parsley, (keeping the ball shape). Place in serving dish and let come to room temp before serving. Even easier: 8 oz cream cheese 8 oz. sour cream 8 oz. cool whip (you can use french vanilla flavor if you like) Cream cheese and sour cream together, blending well. Fold in Cool whip. Chill. Serve. Both of these are very good and can be served with fruits, veggies, and crackers. Now for some thoughts for you. Dips are extremely simple to make. Take cream cheese and mix ranch salad dressing packs into it, you can also use yoguart for this. It is all about finding your base (I prefer cream cheese due to added flavor) and adding something you like into it. Do not be afraid to
