You should take the test in the morning because your hcg level is at it’s highest in your morning urine. You should not drink a bunch of fluids before taking a test because it will dilute your urine. You should take the test either two weeks or more after date of possible conception, or the day of your expected period. These things will help you have a more accurate reading.
