Can you have bronchitis, pneumonia, and an ear infection all with no fever?
You could have an ear infection and bronchitis without running a fever. But with bacterial pneumonia, you almost always have a fever. Maybe no fever with some kinds of viral or mycoplasma pneumonia. But if you’re having trouble breathing, I think you should get checked. Please do not ask for Advair, it is a very risky drug and should be reserved for asthma that is hard to control. What you might need is albuterol, that has a much better tract record as far as safety.
