Can you have an aqua frog in a tropical community tank with fish in it?
They do fine in a community tank, just make sure the food gets to them. You could keep them in a community livebearer tank and they will feed off the fry as a nutritious treat every now and then when the other inhabitants spawn. Guppies are great tank mates for the frogs. The neons shouldn’t be a problem either. I have them in with cichlids and they do not get eaten (I have several rams that leave them alone, but still they are cichlids). I also have a deeper tank (25″) and they are fine, but I also have live plants that they camp out on the leaves.
