A single mother worked as a maid in a hotel, someday wishing to be promoted into management. One day while cleaning a socialite’s room, Marisa, the maid, was persuaded to try on a very expensive coat who belonged to the lady who lived in the room. Her son Ty finds Chris, a high profile politician and befriends him. Ty wants to go with Chris to walk his dog, so they go up to the room Marisa is cleaning to ask her permission. Chris finds Marisa in the coat, and automatically thinks she is Caroline Lane, the important lady who really lives there. Marisa decides to join them on their walk and they are attracted to each other. Eventually, Chris finds out about Marisa’s secret, and she gets fired from her job. She starts working for another hotel, but Ty convinces Chris that Marisa is the one for him and they, like all romantic movies, fall in love and happy ever after. In the end they show that Chris had been elected, and Marisa started her own hospitality Business.
