You can get the one-winged angel keyblade in Kingdom Hearts 2 by beating Sephiroth, according to WeGame.com.

That’s only partially true: One-Winged Angel is NOT obtainable in Kingdom Hearts 2. However, that doesn’t mean that you don’t get anything by beating up Sephiroth. It instead comes in the form of an UBER(trademark)-cool keychain called the Fenrir (the keychain it the medal that you see on Cloud’s outfit). The Fenrir is super strong, but it has the Negative Combo Ability, which lowers you combo (ground) by 1. It’s a great help when you’re trying to set records in the Twilight Town mini-games (Junk Trasher). In truth, the One-Winged Angel keyblade does exist, but only as a Final Mix extra in Kingdom Hearts 1 (you don’t get it by beating him in the regular English-version Kingdom Hearts; trust me, I’ve beat that guy 5 times).
