Why yes you can get Recon that way, but you also have to get the Vidmaster Achievements as well. It sucks but yeah that’s how much Bungie wants you to work on it. But don’t worry you can just get the Vidmaster Achievements instead of having to do the campaign on legendary instead. Then once you have it you make an account on Bungie.net and press the “Get Recon!” button on your profile! Hope that helps!
