Empty out the water from your bong, but filter the black chunks of plant matter, they still contain THC. Pour ISO alcohol into your bong, downstems and bowls, shake them, and pour the alcohol onto a pyrex dish. THC is alcohol soluble, so the extraction should be very efficient. After a few hours it should evaporate, scrape with a razor blade, and you have some mid quality hash.
