Well if you are both virgins then more than likely slim to none. But if you happen to date somone with the HIV/AIDS Virus then yes it is possible to contract the disease by oral sex. This would be likely to happen if you have a cut or sore in or on your mouth because sperm contains traces of blood in it. Also contrary to popular belief condoms DO NOT offer protection from the HIV/AIDS virus because they have microscopic air-holes in them from the manufacturing process. They do however prevent pregnancy if used properly and effectivly. That means use them once and throw them away! Also keep them cool and they will work really well. Never use petroleum based products for lube with a condom as this will weaken them and make them useless. Use water based lubes only. They work well and don’t harm the latex. Hope this info helps!
