Can You Get Addicted After One Ciggarette?
If you try it again you won’t become addicted, but if you start doing it more often you will. I started smoking when i was 14- that was some time ago we are talking over 10years- I love smoking btw. Oddly enough i have been trying to give up recently for medical reasons as i am having surgery – it is only a temporary break for a few weeks. It has been a killer i was meant to give up 2 weeks before surgery so i have a better chance of healing and not having potentially life threatening complications and i have really struggled. I have still been having the odd one every other day. I will start up again properly in a week or two after my op. Also it keeps me thin, as i put on weight every time i try to give up. A relative of mine had 3 heart attacks and a heart operation and they still continue to smoke. So if i could have my time again i wouldn’t start because it is so hard to stop and it kills you.
