I would think you should be able to get it done on the NHS so ask your GP doctor and if you have no luck there then find out the name of an NHS surgeon that does rhinoplasties (nose reconstructions) at your local hospital and write to him/her personally and tell him what happened, it worked for me. Give your nose a chance to settle though ( a couple of months at least) and then see if you still want to go through with this .
