Can you gain any weight from eating one bacon cheeseburger and fries?
Probably. That’s quite a bit of fat, grease and in some places that meal IS 2000 calories. And not a whole lot of your primary nutrients. Try using turkey on wheat buns instead and maybe turkey bacon or NO bacon (that stuff is greasy and FULL of fat). Burgers in general were not meant to be eaten everyday and definitely should not be eaten everyday. And there’s the issue of self control, bacon cheeseburgers are addictive. An addiction to nasty food is something you’re obviously trying to kick (and something you have to kick) if you want to lose weight. (EDIT: you cannot “balance out” your meals that way, people who do that end up gaining weight because they think they can make up for them eating crappy foods by eating foods they think are good. Eating vegetables after eating a cheeseburger does not “cancel out” the cheeseburger, that doesn’t make any sense. You still ate a greasy heavy cheeseburger, you still have all of that fat in your body. The only way you can “cancel” that out is
