No. If you bought it fresh, you could chip it in the freezer. As it has already been frozen and thawed out, you need to use it..

No you can refreeze raw meat after it has been cooked

No, if something has been frozen then allowed to defrost, you cannot re-freeze it again.

No you can’t. You can re freeze meat if you change it’s constitution ie by cooking it.
