Can you explain what is meant by “Customers cannot renew iGC on one or two of their systems, iGC renewals must be purchased on all nodes at a customer site”?
iGC Complete services program that are sold and managed at a site level. GE Fanuc’s contract management system validates whether or not a site is covered by one of our services programs. Because services are warranted to a site, anyone from the site is entitled to program benefits, including upgrades and technical support. If we allowed for purchase of our program on one (1) node only, we would have no way to validate whether or not a caller was calling on the one (1) system covered, and the customer would receive one (1) upgrade package where they could upgrade all their systems.
