Can you explain how the “Other” menu works for setting up the box for motorised or multi LNB use?
In the system setup menu there is the “Add channel” function. Selecting this will take you into the manual tuning menu where you can enter the frequency /symbol rate etc. of free channels. When you select to find these channels it searches for all channels on that setting and lists them. You then store the channels and it places them in the “other channel” listing.
