I feel you can. I’m not saying you would be a person that would forget the whole thing happened but if the other party is willing to put forth that additional effort to win your trust back, I believe full trust could be obtained. Never would I forget but with the right person and circumstances…I’m sure I could fully trust them again. I was raised to understand that even good people mess up and we cannot travel in the past, however I would be more aware of any future indiscretions. It’s possible to me that people can change.
