Hi, I have just had a look on the Primula website and it says it is suitable for people who are pregnant, look here: http://www.primula.co.uk/deli_soft_cheese_original.html I have checked the Primula Cheese Spreads & Soft Cheeses are they are all safe to eat, its because they are pasteurised which kills any nasties and makes them safe.
