Can you download Rock Band songs from the computer onto a disk without xbox live?
No. There is no place you can download Rock Band or Guitar Hero content on your PC. However, the Xbox 360 does allow you to play some demos from a CD-R. Usually, the CD comes from a magazine and people offer the ISO online. I don’t know if there is any legal way to initially get the content though. And even pirating it would be kinda difficult.
