what that other guy was talking about is a portal there are many of them out there and you dont need to have cfw all you do is put them in your common file and type in file://psp/common/what ever the file name is. (make sure you put that in on the psp internet browser. there is portals that have aim on them such as winxp or extreme flash player. they have games on them also. as far as downloading programs on your psp and being able to use them no. unless you dont need an operating system then you just do the same steps that you would for the portal. that might not work though. also the pspwinxp 3.8 has frost wire on it and i am not sure if it works. i haven’t tried thefrostwire yet.
