You have to go to the Adobe Website, and click “Save File” or whatever and save it. Then open it and disable firewall for now. When it is done downloading, go into Control Panel and go to like Firewall settings or whatever and turn it on and make sure “Dont Allow Exceptions” is NOT checked. And then on the top there should be a tab that says “Exceptions”. Click on that and make sure “Adobe Flash”, “Flash Player”, or “Flash” are checked. Click Apply and try again.

You should tell the firewall to make an exception for flashplayer. It shouldn’t matter if your watching a video that is saved on your system however if you are watching on the internet there may be some complications if your firewall is too strict.
