A urine test could be used to determine if one has recently used magic mushrooms (mushrooms that contain psilocybin, psilocin, and related compounds). However, it is quite uncommon for urine tests to be given for magic mushrooms, except in cases where a magic mushroom offense is involved (such as if one was on probation for mushroom possession). In the event that a urine test for magic mushrooms is given, it would typically be able to detect usage within the last 1-3 days.
