Can you delete Fast Dial entries from the CallManager User Interface?

Yes. From the Find and List Fast Dials Phone Book page of the CallManager User Interface, list all entries by placing the cursor in the Find Fast Dials Phone Book where field and press the Find button. When the list of Fast Dial entries appears, select the box next to the entry you want to delete and press the Delete Selected button. This will delete the Fast Dial entry.
