Can you define cholestrol and explain the difference between HDL ,LDL and cholestrol?
cholesterol is what raises blood pressure mainly as a result of fat, yet there is good cholesterol which i think is the hdl and good ldl, mono and poly unsaturated fats are good for you as they reduce bad cholesterol and raise good cholesterol essencial for bodys builing blocksunsaturated fats in nuts could be helping to lower blood cholesterol levels and omega 3 fats may prevent blood clotting and harmful disruptions to heart rhythms, unfortunatley this is all i can remember as of now but if you do a search youll find all the information you need and what to eat to reduce your bad choloesterol
