No. Cisco Unified PhoneProxy facilitates a Signaling Connection Control Part (SCCP) connection (and related RTP, TFTP, and HTTP traffic) from a phone to a Cisco Unified CallManager through a firewall. It has no affect on data connections to the corporate network for uses other than IP Phones. The user connected to the back of a phone has access to the local LAN only. They must create a VPN connection in order to access corporate data.
