Can you clutch calcium focus blockers and beta blockers at matching time for migraine prevention?

I currently take Verapamil (calcium channel blocker) for migraine prevention. It has worked some, but I’m at the full dose and it isn’t ample (I still get daily migraine symptoms if not full on migraines).
