We would like to see an example of similar work that the organization/agency/individual has completed previously. Ideally, this would be an evaluation report of a similar program or initiative. However, it is not limited to this. Appendix B should include something to help demonstrate your capabilities to do this work in a high quality manner. This could also include references or links to publically available documents completed by your organization/agency. Regardless of the format, there MUST be a description of how the proposed Principal Investigator was involved in the materials submitted in Appendix B.
