Can you clarify the difference between Appendix H and Appendix J? Do we need to submit the documentation listed in Appendix J with our Letter of Intent to apply?
For the second round of funding, Appendix H contains the Letter of Intent Content Guidelines. The information listed in Appendix H is the ONLY information that needs to be included with the Letter of Intent via e-mail to BeaconCommunityGrants@hhs.gov. Appendix J lists the Required Documents for Beacon Community Applications which should be submitted via grants.gov on or before June 28, 2010.
