Can you charge for supplementary work such as installing a loft hatch or insulating the hot water tank?

The funding that is available through the scheme covers the cost of the Rockwool materials and the cost of labour to fit those materials. The funding is also intended to cover the cost of lagging the cold water tank, insulating exposed pipe work, adding additional ventilation (where required) and draught stripping the loft hatch where this has not previously been done. If you are required to do any additional work then you may charge the customer for that work.
